Randy Waters
Although Randy wanted to be a paleontologist when he was 10, through the course of Randy’s career in property management, he has had the opportunity to work all positions from the ground up, manage community lease ups and develop great relationships with some of the most amazing people in the industry. His focus has always been moving the needle while providing a 5-star customer experience for residents. Born and raised in the East Bay, in his spare time you can find Randy going somewhere new with his family – spontaneous and out of the comfort zone! On Sundays you can usually find Randy up early at the golf range or watching cartoons with his kids. Randy describes himself as optimistic, creative, and unconditional and believes “your attitude determines your altitude!”
Fun Fact: – Randy can play guitar, played football in high school, and played baseball for 8 years as a child. And he also loves cooking!!
