Kyle Deleray
Born and raised in the East Bay, Kyle is a compassionate, adventurous, and dependable member of our Leasing Team in Oakland (Region 3)! When he’s not working, you can find him relaxing on the beach, hiking in the mountains, or embarking on new adventures with family and friends. He’s also fond of hosting pool parties, celebrating birthdays, and engaging in board game nights with loved ones. If you join him for happy hour, he’ll likely order an Old Fashioned. His personal motto, “It is what it is,” reflects his grounded and accepting approach to life’s ups and downs.
As a new father, Kyle cherishes every moment with his 7-month-old son, embracing the joy of experiencing the world anew through his eyes. This journey has deepened his admiration for his parents, as he now fully appreciates the sacrifices they made for him.
Fun Fact: An excellent swimmer with a lifelong love for the water, he once dreamed of becoming a marine biologist.
