Joseph Austria
Joe is a a Property Manager in Region 2 and as a lifetime learner his motto is “Specialization is for insects”. He is a San Francisco native and has spent most of his adult life around residential rental properties. At the beginning of that journey Joe completed much of the maintenance and repairs himself. This real world experience gives Joe the ability to solve problems while minimizing cost and time expenditures. He enjoys reading instructional manuals, personal development books, and watching YouTube tutorials.
Fun Fact: If there is a churro on the menu, Joe will try it. The best churro on the planet is at Disneyland.
