Originally from Napa, Mike brings a grounded, steady presence to his role as Director of Property Services Group. As a Bay Area property management leader, he combines approachability, energy, and a sharp sense of humor with a strong operational mindset, ensuring properties are well cared for and teams are supported.
Mike’s leadership style is deeply influenced by his father, who instilled the mindset of working hard, always and doing more with less. That example instilled in him humility, resilience, and perspective, qualities that shape how he leads both people and projects. His personal philosophy reflects that balance: Stay grounded on Sunday and driven on Monday.
Outside the office, Mike prioritizes his family, and uses his days off to reset for the week ahead. Sunday mornings are typically spent at church with his daughters. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or enjoying time with family and friends camping, traveling, and making the most of Northern California’s outdoors. And if the team heads to happy hour, he keeps it simple with a classic Jack and Diet Coke.
Fun Fact: At 10 years old, Mike was convinced he would become a veterinarian, a sign of his lifelong instinct to care for others, whether people, pets or properties.
